Just when we thought we were out, they pulled us back in… well, hit us with our 4th wave pandemic and potentially second lockdown. However, just because we are confined to barracks, that doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself in the comfort of your own dining room.
Star chef Olivier Elzer, who has earned 19 Michelin stars for Pierre at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong, and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon. Elzer co-founded with Canny Leung O'chef lab - a private food lab with chef table in Hong Kong, a food manufacturing facility aiming to offer food prep service and production of ready-eat products and customised recipes with home delivery.
