18個月前已預期經濟會反覆向下，只是想不到事情會來得這麼突然及急促，雖然已安排好資產配置但是仍有很多事情沒好好完成。 (Traditional Chinese)
2020年4月毅然決定離開舒適區，在港建商業軟件公司，有別於其他公司做代理、銷售及市場推廣，我將全副心機投入於創造、創新能力，建立一套自家研發系統。回想起來仍然是一個大膽決定，慶幸夥伴們體諒我的「完美主義」，過去一年用上三倍的力量把平台及產品做好。做生意，從來都講求執行力，年半時間，由零起步，到今日預計全年收入近3300萬元，市值亦已衝上2億元，多少亦對我營商理念得以肯定，未來我希望透過BossMind專欄，把過去一年的經驗，向各位總結及分享。
「第一點：恢復正常生活」
迄今以來，我們一直希望全球的疫情會有一天結束，解除隔離令，使受創產業能夠復甦。疫情期間所有受到嚴重打擊的產業，例如零售、餐飲或旅遊業，也許有一個信念：“只要撐得夠久，就能恢復正常，像以前一樣。”
Looking back to May 2020, I had a conversation with my British partner Martin, and he said, "Now is the time to start adjusting our mindset. Last year, most of us hoped that the global pandemic would have an end date, restrictions would be lifted, everything would return to normal, and we could travel by plane and enjoy leisure without wearing masks, as if the pandemic never happened. But it is becoming increasingly clear that this is unlikely to happen in the next few years. Soon, we may even forget the wonderful time when we could travel without wearing masks." At that time, our catering business in the UK declined by 99.7%.
After 18 months, mutated strains of the virus continue to emerge. The relaxed epidemic prevention measures are once again tightened, and the "end" we hoped for has yet to arrive. In fact, I really believe that the "end of the epidemic" will not happen, at least for the industries mentioned above, their international business will definitely not return to pre-COVID levels.

It is difficult to put knowledge into practice. It took about a year of constant communication with clients to gain a deeper understanding of the real market. Some companies understood that the world has changed and quickly adjusted their strategies, resulting in a 20% increase in business this year. However, some companies chose to stick to their old ways and ended up failing.
